White House Program 1977 Redux:
Zwilich-Mendelssohn-Schubert
To celebrate the 40th anniversary of their debut (at Jimmy Carter’s inauguration in January 1977!), the trio will offer a program that includes the Mendelssohn and Schubert piano trios that they played at the White House. To open the program, with the generosity of Anne and Harry Santen, the Linton Chamber Series of Cincinnati is the lead commissioner.

A Beethoven Trio Program featuring favorites such as the Archduke, Ghost or Kakadu...
Or-
The Complete Trio Cycle performed in three concerts – over the course of one season or several.
Brahms And...
...His Enemy (Tchaikovsky)

Recently featured as a “Face to Watch” in the Los Angeles Times, Nokuthula Ngwenyama’s performances as orchestral soloist, recitalist, and chamber musician have garnered great attention. Gramophone proclaimed Ms. Ngwenyama’s playing as providing “solidly shaped music of bold, mesmerising character." Ms. Ngwenyama came to international attention when she won the Primrose International Viola Competition and the Young Concert Artists International Auditions at age 17. In 1998, she received the prestigious Avery Fisher Career Grant. Ms. Ngwenyama has performed throughout the United States and across four continents. Following stellar performances in spring 2012, this vibrant team takes the stage once again.
